Jimny Rara Adventure: A Ride with a Cause Showcases Off-Roading Prowess and Community Spirit

CG | Motocorp and CG | NXT GEN, the official automotive division of Suzuki cars in Nepal under CG | Holdings, recently concluded the Jimny Rara adventure event, "A Ride with a Cause." The company organized this event to allow Jimny owners to explore the full potential of their vehicles. The journey took place from Baisakh 23 to 29, passing through Butwal, Kalikot, Rara, and Jumla, and concluded in Surkhet.During the Rara Adventure Ride, Anil Saini, Divisional Manager of Maruti Suzuki India Limited, highlighted Jimny's over 50-year legacy and its off-roading prowess. He noted that the Jimny, popular worldwide as a lifestyle SUV, is available in more than 90 countries and has sold over 30,000 units.Ten Jimny cars participated in the event. To add significance to the ride, a donation of Rs 2 Lakh was made to Sri Saraswoti Basic School in Kalikot. The school, attended by over 135 students, received support in a program attended by Mr. Lal Bahadur Bist, Ward President of Mulpani-8, Kalikot.Shiv Shrestha, a Jimny customer who joined the ride, shared his experience: "It was a dream to visit Rara. I bought the Jimny for its off-roading ability, which I experienced firsthand during this ride. Meeting other Jimny owners made us feel like a family. This ride was delightful, and I hope similar events are organized in the future."Another participant, Aditya Thapa, said, “I've done many solo rides, but this event with other Jimny owners was much more enjoyable.” Dr. Mukund Joshi added, "After getting the Jimny, I wanted to drive on the Karnali Highway. This event made that dream come true.
